Course Summary

Left-handed premier mile course with a huge 543m opening straight and Tokyo’s massive 525.9m final homestretch. The Shiroi slope appears around the 400m mark, making this a raw Speed, acceleration, and Power test for elite mile runners.

• Hosts major Tokyo mile G1 races such as the NHK Mile Cup, Victoria Mile, and Yasuda Kinen.
• Vodka won back-to-back Yasuda Kinen crowns here in 2008 and 2009.
• 1600m is a Core Distance, so Standard Distance can activate.
• Normcore set a blazing Tokyo 1600m turf record of 1:30.5 in 2019.
