Right-handed dirt sprint with a huge 500m opening straight and a flat 386m homestretch. Ooi’s wide, flat layout gives runners more room than many local dirt tracks, making this a pure speed-and-positioning sprint.

• Hosts major dirt sprint events such as the Tokyo Hai and rotational JBC Sprint editions.
• Since 2011, the Tokyo Daishoten has been held as an international Grade 1 race, making it the only international Grade 1 race in Japan not organized by the Japan Racing Association.
