Track Notes

Course Summary

Extreme right-handed dirt marathon starting near the backstretch, with a short opening run before six tight corners. The repeated elevation changes and brief final straight heavily punish late runners. Steady forward positioning and enough stamina to survive the full loop are mandatory.

Fun Facts

• One of the longest and most punishing dirt layouts in the JRA-style calendar.
• Six compressed corners make Corner endurance skills especially valuable.
• Hakodate’s elevation changes force repeated Power and Guts checks.
• The layout is a useful sandbox for testing unconventional high-stamina dirt builds.
