Course Summary
Japan’s famous straight 1000m sprint: no corners, no bends, just a full-speed drag race from gate to wire. Since late-race spurt occurs entirely on the straight, raw speed and acceleration matter more than positioning tricks or corner timing.

• Hosts the Ibis Summer Dash, the only JRA graded race run entirely without a turn.
• Corner and Final Corner skills do not trigger here.
• Real-life fields often drift toward the outside rail for better turf.
